Fortune Law has a fantastic new opportunity for an ambitious 7 year PQE solicitor handling a variety of business commercial matters.

We specialise in supporting founders, entrepreneurs and start-ups. The key business areas which the firm advises on are company commercial, shareholder disputes, employment, commercial property and intellectual property.

You will be responsible for providing a high-quality service to our entrepreneurial client base who are driven and often entering into ground breaking territory or are established leaders in their field. You will be working on a range of corporate commercial matters, including commercial agreements, intellectual property, fundraising and M&A. You will regularly find yourself negotiating with City firms on the other side of transactional work.

You will work closely alongside the Managing Director and will be supported by two junior support staff.

This role is extremely hands-on with a need for high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. You will have sound experience in corporate commercial matters and a desire to develop your knowledge and expertise in a client-focused, commercially-aware manner.

Excellent academics together with written and oral English skills are required for this role along with having the ability to work under pressure to meet client expectations. Coupled with this you will be confident in marketing yourself and the firm and keen to develop your own practice.

This position is available immediately and you will be provided a competitive remuneration package including a base salary, and a commission-based salary enhancement package.
